Welcome to HyperFocus Solutions

From the time we are young, we are asked “What do you want to be when you grow up?”  My answer used to always be “a lawyer!!”. (If you know me well, you will understand how hilarious this is)

I think a better question is:

“What do you want to add to the world?”

Our history is made up of thousands of true stories of inventors, scientists, writers, musicians, artists, computer programmers, doctors, educators, soldiers and crusaders for human and animal rights. As we read these stories, we see how our world changed, grew and was made better. Even in the stories that aren’t so positive, we can see the miraculous ways people came together to help each other survive. Although we may not know their stories (unless they have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Snapchat), we are surrounded by people who are work hard everyday to use their focus, interests, skills and gifts to make the lives of others and our environments better.

Adding something wonderful to this life is not always an easy task. At times, it feels completely impossible! I am here to be the voice that tells you IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE!!

What can I help you add?

How can I help you?

“I want things to be different.”

“I’m trying, but nothing is working.”

“Nothing is getting better.”

“I need help, but I don’t know where to get it”

“I have no idea what to do next.”

I think we all can identify with at least one or more of these statements! We all learn and evolve through adversity and struggle. Although there is no way to completely alleviate struggle, there are ways to make our problems easier to get through so that we can learn from them and then move on.

One way to move through struggle easier is with help. The old saying “two heads are better than one” can make all the difference!

I started HyperFocus Solutions because I am dedicated and passionate about:

About Me

I received a Bachelor’s  in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2003 and a  Masters in Speech-Language Pathology from Jackson State University in 2006. After graduating, I worked with a variety of disorders including receptive and expressive language, executive functioning, stuttering, social skills and ADHD for 12 years. I have supervised graduate students completing clinical fellowship.

During my time as a Speech Pathologist, I worked with a variety of patients with frontal lobe dysfunction. After working for 12 years, and working with a coach myself, I realized that coaching was the part of my job that I enjoyed the most.

Working with clients to create their best lives is a process I am grateful and honored to be a part of each day.
